  • Officer in charge of a navigational watch and Master on ships of less than 500 gross tonnage engaged on near-coastal voyages (80 days): To provide seafarers with knowledge, understanding and proficiency required for officers in charge of a navigational watch and masters on ships of less than 500 gross tonnage in accordance with section A-II/3 of STCW Code including 2010 Manila Amendments.
