Online Maritime Training

  • STCW Basic First Aid: The STCW Basic First Aid online course aims to train seafarers who need to be able to practice Elementary First Aid on board ship. This training is equivalent to Elementary First Aid.
  • Maritime English Test for Senior Deck Officers: The Online Test of Maritime English for Senior Deck Officers is an English test designed to assist ship operators and employers make informed recruiting and training decisions by assessing the English language understanding and skills of existing or potential crew or Deck Officers. 
  • Maritime English Test for Senior Engine Officers: The test is designed around the approved guidelines for Maritime English developed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). These guidelines are combined with internationally recognised methods for English language testing to form a rigorous and accurate testing system for use in the maritime sector.
  • Proficiency as Ship Security Officer (SSO): This 100% Online UK DfT MCA Approved (STCW ISPS ) Proficiency as Ship Security Officer (SSO) Course fully complies with the knowledge, understanding and proficiency as instructed by the Merchant Navy Training Board (MNTB) and is key to ensuring that those persons performing the role of the Ship Security Officer fully understand their duties and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Designated Security Duties: This 100% Online MCA Approved (STCW ISPS) Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD) Course provides the required knowledge, understanding and proficiency to the vessel's crew who have been entrusted with fulfilling designated security duties on board the vessel to increase the security and safety of the vessel whilst in port, or at sea.
