BUCKINGHAMSHIRE NEW UNIVERSITY

Buckinghamshire New University (formerly Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College) is a progressive university located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, UK. The University currently consists of two campuses. Apart from the main in High Wycombe, the university has opened a site in Uxbridge, west London in 2009. The University was named 'Enterprising Educator of the Year 2010' by the Bucks Economic & Learning Partnership.

Bucks was nominated for Times Higher Education Awards for its student support package, the Big D£al in the 'Outstanding Support for Students' category (2009). With collaboration between the University and Bucks Students' Union, the university offers a package of benefits under the Big D£al which include free recreation, sports and nights out for all the students as well as additional support for eligible undergraduate students.
