Yacht Crew Training School equips maritime professionals with comprehensive culinary certifications, advanced food hygiene standards, and internationally recognized small craft handling instruction. They operate dedicated training facilities in Antibes and Monaco, while also deploying instructors for bespoke onboard training to meet specific vessel requirements.

Yacht Crew Training
- Ship's Cook Certificate Assessment: The Ships’ Cook Certificate is a mandatory requirement for all chefs on commercially registered vessels operating more than 60 miles off shore and with 10 or more seafarers / crew on board. This qualification is run in accordance with the requirements of MLC to confirm that candidates have the necessary skills and knowledge to then apply to flag for the Ship’s Cook Recognition Certificate.
- Food Safety Level 2&3: All Ocean Wave Monaco Food Safety Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 Training is accredited by HABC and compliant with MCA, CISR and many other flag states.
- Yacht Chefs Introduction Course: Aimed at chefs looking to transition from restaurant or land-based catering to the yachting industry, this course is taught by an Executive Chef with over 30 years’ experience in the industry.
- Interior training with KDW Training: The training covers a range of different topics including Service, Housekeeping, Laundry, Valet, Cigars and Yacht Interior Admin courses. They also specialise in Chief Stewardess/Senior Stewardess training with a bespoke 5-day training program.
