BALTFORTAS also can conduct Verifying of Competence programs and provide advice on improvements needed to improve the Assessment procedures. The management systems were created in order to support an OPITO and international industries standards.

Industrial Skills Training
- Banksman and Slinger (2 days): This course is designed for people who involved with rigging & slinging, working with crane and provide necessary theoretical and practical knowledge regarding banksman and slinger roles.
- Rigging and Lifting (1 day): The course is designed to train delegates the correct slinging of different types of loads, how to work safely with rigging equipment and how conduct inspection of the lifting equipment.
- Confined Space Entry (1 day): This course is aimed at those persons required to access confined spaces classified high risk spaces which includes non-standard entries involving complex operations.
- Confined Space Entry Escape BA (1 day): This course is aimed at those persons required to access confined spaces classified high risk spaces.
- Working at Height (1 day): The aim of the WAH course is to provide a personal with the basic knowledge about a safe work organization and procedures in accordance with standards.
- Working at Height - Unit 2 PPE User (1 day): The course covers offshore safety requirements and UK EU regulations, Safe System of Work: Risk Assessment, PTW, TBT, Rescue plan etc.
- Rigging Loft Management (1 day): This course is designed to train delegates how to manage and control lifting equipment.
- Cherry Picker - Safe Use of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP with straight/stick boom) (1 day): The one-day theory and practical training how to work Safely with the (MEWP) Cherry Picker is designed for people who are regularly use a cherry picker.
