- Ship’s Cook Course According to MLC 2006 Regulation 3.2 (Liberia): The aim of the Ship Cook course is to provide participants a comprehensive approach to the fundamentals of Cooking, Food Safety Management and galley Health and Hygiene procedures.
- Safety Food Sanitation System (ABS, Liberia): The aim of this course is to teach the essentials of food safety, food microbiology, the sanitary design principles for facilities and equipment and the correct procedures for cleaning and sanitation.
- Safety Food Sanitation Incident (ABS, Liberia): Trainees knowledge will be updated to the following subjects - gastrointestinal (GI) illnesses; foodborne illnesses; causes and prevention; equipment and facilities (related to food and other areas); food protection; hazard analysis critical control points (what they are and how to apply them); potable water (protection and handling); and housekeeping and infection control.
- Housekeeping: The aim of this course is to properly prepare seafarers to carry out their duties on board a ship, by applying the housekeeping principles.
Health Safety Courses
- Health and Hygiene (ABS): The aim of this course is to properly prepare seafarers to carry out their duties on board ships, by applying the food safety principles.
- Preventive Healthcare Onboard Ships (ABS): Preventive healthcare, or prophylaxis, consists of measures taken for disease prevention. The aim of this course is to raise awareness regarding Preventive healthcare.
- Gastrointestinal Emergencies Awareness Onboard Ships (ABS): This online course aims to raise awareness regarding Gastrointestinal Emergencies that might occur onboard vessels.

Personal Safety in Cold Environments (Liberia): This course aims to provide learners with the fundamental knowledge, and skills, in order to understand the safety hazards and potential health risks associated with operations in cold temperatures, and also effective strategies to mitigate these risks.
