- Course 1 - Supply Chain Logistics (2-3 hours per week, 4 weeks): This is the introductory Supply Chain Logistics course and covers three major building blocks of logistics networks - transportation, warehousing, and inventory. After completing this course, you will be able to differentiate the advantages and disadvantages of different modes of transportation.
- Course 2 - Supply Chain Operations (2-3 hours per week, 4 weeks): This is an introductory course designed to provide you with a start in operations. After completing this course, you will be able to apply the Six Sigma methodology for process improvement. You will demonstrate that you understand the basic tenets of the Lean philosophy that enables manufacturers to eliminate waste and make processes more efficient. - Course 5 - Supply Chain Management Strategy (2-4 hours per week, 6 weeks): This course is the capstone of the Supply Chain Management specialization. You will use the tools acquired in the previous four courses to create a supply chain management strategy in a real-life case scenario. At the completion of this course you will have shown mastery of the tools and techniques to successfully manage a complex network of companies that we call the supply chain.
