Training and education have been some of the hallmarks of Engers services. They have always striven to offer flexible, practical and relevant training to industry.
The classes are general small and private focused on providing learners with the information they need to make good choices in the realities of their own work. Enger uses leading theories of training and development focused around learner engagement and interaction and not around boring videos and PowerPoints.
