Advanced Level Documentary Credits Expert Certification (CDCE) - ICC-Certified Competence in Documentary Credits

Founded in 2015, the ICC Academy aims to revolutionize e-learning for trade professionals worldwide. It provides a broad array of specialized courses, leveraging the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) extensive knowledge in crafting global commercial rules and standards. Based in Paris, the ICC Academy taps into ICC’s vast network of over 6 million members across more than 100 countries, encompassing large corporations, SMEs, business associations, and local chambers of commerce.
The Certified Documentary Credits Expert (CDCE) certification is designed to give you the expert-level skills necessary to analyse and provide solutions to the most complex aspects of a Documentary Credit (or popularly known as Letter of Credit) transaction. The CDCE is the next step for Trade Finance professionals who already have a good understanding of documentary credits (DC).
This certification is delivered through a hybrid model, blending self-paced online modules with interactive live workshops. The program is structured into four online lessons, each paired with a live workshop focused on reinforcing the material covered. To register for the CDCE, candidates must have at least five years of experience in managing documentary credits or hold a relevant qualification, such as the ICC Academy CTFP or LIBF CDCS.
