Operations and Logistics Specialization with MBA in New Zealand

Masters Program

  • Master of Business Administration MBA (Operations and Logistics): The MBA is the most internationally recognized business qualification in the world today. It is a professional degree in business management, based on a practical program with theoretical, applied and research underpinning. It covers a range of business disciplines which form the basis of executive decision-making including operations and logistics. The Operations and Logistics specialization include courses such as: Financial Risk Management; Operations Strategy and Technology; Quality Management; Manufacturing Management; International Supply Chain Management; and Project Management.
  • Entry Requirements: At least two years relevant work experience as approved by the Academic Board of AIS St Helens; (relevant work experience can include experience in the following areas: human and financial resource management; policy and planning; organizational and control processes; sales and marketing management); a degree, or equivalent professional qualification as approved by the Academic Board of AIS St Helens; a pass in a first-year university-level mathematics course (for Finance and Operations and Logistics specializations only); and IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 575 / TEP 42 or competency in English sufficient to enable meaningful participation in the program.
  • If you have an undergraduate diploma and meet all other criteria, you may be granted admission conditional on successful completion of a Pre-MBA Studies Program comprising one, two or three semesters of study.
