Established 1917, Automotive Training Center, also known as ATC, has turned hard working students into industry leaders. From its beginnings in Philadelphia to the current standing as one of the area’s most well respected technical schools, ATC has always been dedicated to providing the students the best learning experience possible.

ATC is more than just a technical school. It’s a community of teachers and students who share a passion for automotive technology, diesel & hi-performance engines, collision repair, marine service, and more. When you earn a diploma from ATC, you’ll be entering an industry that’s evolving daily - where jobs cannot be outsourced and layoffs are rare. And when it comes time to get hired, your hours of hands-on shop experience will put you.

ATC has two campus locations at Warminster and Exton in Pennsylvania. Both campuses offer career training programs in Automotive, Hi-Performance, Diesel and Collision Repair. The Marine Service program is offered at the Warminster, PA campus. ATC is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC).

Training Programs

Marine Trades Program

  • Marine Service Technology Program (MST): You will receive hands-on training and experience while performing maintenance and repair on inboard and outboard engines manufactured by Honda and Mercury Marine as well as other major manufacturers. You’ll even wrench commercial and pleasure watercraft engines in dry and wet settings, and study the finer points of marine engine technology in a classroom setting. In addition, you will learn about the many supportive systems and sub-systems found in the industry today including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and heating, and fiberglass and gelcoat repair.
  • Graduates of ATC’s Marine Service Technology Program can seek exciting careers in the marine service industry such as: Marine Service Technician; Marine Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician; Marine Electrician; Gelcoat and Fiberglass technician; Personal Watercraft technician; Service and/or Parts Manager; Technical Instructor; and Field Service Representative.
