aset international oil gas training academy

ASET International Oil & Gas Training Academy  is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Aberdeen College and is acknowledged worldwide as a leading international Oil & Gas Technician Training provider. ASET provides a diverse range of further education and oil & gas-related vocational training, including theoretical and practical subjects at a number of levels. These include short courses (accredited by City & Guilds of London), Vocational Qualifications (VQs), Higher National Certificate (HNC) and Higher National Diploma (HND), as well as modern apprenticeship courses

Aberdeen College in conjunction with OPITO has created an Oil Industry Technicians Training Program. This unique scheme is fully endorsed by the North Sea Oil Industry. The program is titled the Offshore Petroleum Industry Technician Training Program (OPITTP) and is a two year, full-time course comprising practical training and further education. Trainees who successfully complete it will achieve a portfolio of nationally accredited qualifications, including SVQs and HNCs at the appropriate levels.
