Captain’s Courses
- USCG Masters Online Course: The US Coast Guard Master 100 Gross Tons License allows its holder to captain any vessel up to 100 tons, regardless of whether or not it is inspected. Successful completion of our Master 100 GT course and exam satisfies all 100 Ton educational requirements and prepares you to obtain a US Coast Guard-issued master’s license ranging from 25 to 100 GT.
- USCG OUPV / 6-Pack Online Course: The US Coast Guard OUPV (Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels) License allows boaters to operate an uninspected vessel of up to 100 Gross Tons. Often referred to as a Six-Pack license, the certification allows captains to operate boats carrying up to six passengers.
- USCG OUPV to Master Online Course: The 23.5 hours of curriculum prepare you for the USCG OUPV to Master up to 100 Ton Upgrade Exam to achieve a completion certificate to complete your upgraded Merchant Marine Credential.
- Sailing Endorsement: Confident Captain’s 4-hour U.S. Coast Guard-approved course is designed for any candidate holding a USCG Master or Mate license (not OUPV) who plans to operate an inspected sailing vessel.
- Assistance Towing Endorsement: This 4-hour U.S. Coast Guard-approved course allows a USCG Master, Mate, or OUPV license holder to tow disabled vessels commercially.
Accountability Coach Program: You will be paired with a professional mariner and instructor who will help you set up a tailored study schedule that fits your lifestyle, set specific and realistic goals, and will check in with you on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to help you stay on track.
