Founded in 2001, Epsilon Hellas offers crew management and training services around the world. Epsilon now handles more than 250 different classes of vessels. The group is head quartered in Piraeus, Greece and operates various training and recruitment centers in several countries. The group has developed a pool of over 3500 seafarers along with high quality training and crew management expertise.

The Epsilon Maritime Training and Educational Center at Odessa was established in 2004 and has the certificate of competence of Inspectorate of certification and training of seafarers' of Ukraine, Management system certificate issued by Bureau Veritas (BV), Cyprus accreditation, Marine and Coastguard Agency license.

The Odessa center has fully integrated Bridge and Engine simulators and also offers ECDIS Specific training programs by Transas and JRC.
