Captains License & Endorsements

  • OUPV (6-Pack) Captains License: This license allows mariners to operate for-hire vessels (of up to 100 gross tons) and carry 6 or fewer passengers plus crew.  Commonly used for fishing charters, eco tours, sunset cruises, sailing charters, and more.
  • Assistance Towing Endorsement: This 4-hour course is offered in conjunction with our popular OUPV course.  It allows the licensed mariner to engage in for-hire towing services for disabled vessels within the scope of their license.  It can be added to both OUPV and Master (less than 200GRT) licenses.
