Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, US Captain’s Training (USCT) provides fully online courses both for captain's licenses and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) licenses. It is possible to complete Captain's License training, including testing, online. All the application processes for FCC licenses are conducted online, and participants receive their official licenses via email directly from the FCC.
