OUPV and Master's Upto 100 Ton Captains Licensing and Endorsements in Cleveland, Ohio

Founded in 1987 and located in Nordland, US Maritime Academy (USMA) provides Captains License training, in Washington, Ohio and Illinois. The classes include all training materials and testing so that there is no requirement to take any test at the Coast Guard testing facility. The classes give close personal attention to each student. 

USMA graduates are piloting the Nautica Queen in Cleveland, Miller Ferry, Jet Express, Kelley Island Ferry in the Lake Erie island area as well as on the Muskingum River and Ohio rivers. Other graduates are piloting fishing boats throughout Lake Erie and elsewhere.

  • 100 Ton Masters Near Coastal and Inland (OUPV & Masters upto 100 Ton): One class includes both licenses OUPV (Six Pack)  & Masters and endorsements. Course includes all materials and testing. No need to go to Coast Guard for examinations and testing. Coast Guard paperwork preparation included
  • Assistance Towing and Sailing Endorsement: Course includes all materials and testing. No need to go to Coast Guard for examinations and testing.
