Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE (MSIT) is a leading provider of tertiary vocational education and training in Brisbane, Australia. Most courses of study are funded by the government and cost considerably less than University. One of Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE's major advantages is its flexibility. Study and training are available: full-time or part-time; on campus; online, by distance or in the workplace; and computer assisted. The training style is hands-on and industry-focused, creating real world experiences for the workforce with real skills.
The programs are designed to give you the skills and confidence to step straight into your dream job, either in Australia or back at home. Most of the programs also provide a pathway to university, in many cases providing up to one year’s credit towards a related bachelor degree. Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE has seven campuses, located throughout South Brisbane and surrounding areas. The three main campuses are Alexandra Hills, Loganlea and Mt Gravatt.
