Human Element Leadership Management (HELM) Management Level
- In this course, the candidates will enhance their managerial and operational skills with the aim of minimising incidents through human error.
- Driven by STCW 2010 and based on the MNTB’s criteria for Human Element Leadership and Management, the candidates will enhance their managerial and operational skills with the aim of minimising incidents through human error.
- This MCA approved course meets the latest mandatory requirements for approved training in the Human Element, Leadership and Management at Management level as directed by STCW 2010 and based on MNTB’s criteria.
- The course will build on the theory using a range of practical exercises designed around shipboard drills, bridge and engine room simulation and maritime experiential team exercises. These exercises can be tailored to individual customer requirements.
