CAPCA operates an online job board for the members that serves as a clearinghouse for captain’s jobs, offer continuing education classes, mentor captains to help improve their practical skills, and provide opportunities for members to network with other captains and with leaders in the maritime community.

CAPCA offers an array of maritime-oriented classes that are open to the public. They offer classes based on interest and availability of instructors.
