Established in 1987 and located at Vlissingen and Terneuzen in the South-West of the Netherlands, HZ University of Applied Sciences (Hogeschool Zeeland - HZ) is a vocational university and has ranked in the top three multidisciplinary universities of applied sciences for five years in a row from 2011-2015. Eight of the degree programs are in first place and 14 Bachelor’s programs are listed in the top 3 in the country.

- Bachelors Program in Logistics Engineering (4 years, English): The Logistics Engineering course will teach you everything about all different modes of transport. You will learn everything there is to know about physical distribution during the course - storage, transport and the planning of goods. In your third year, you do an internship in the Netherlands or abroad. In the fourth year, you carry out a graduation project, in which you will analyze a company problem and find a solution that can actually be implemented.
- Admission Requirements: To be admitted to the Logistics Engineering program you need - a qualification equivalent to a Dutch secondary education diploma, which gives you access to higher education, a good knowledge of economics or mathematics, and a good command of written and spoken English. Your level of English should be equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.0.
- Career Prospects: After your graduation, you have gained enough knowledge to ensure that the connection between all the chains of a logistics process is seamless. You can work at a transport and distribution company, a shipping company or a consultancy agency as a buyer, logistics manager, consultant, supply chain manager or material manager.
