training resources ltd trl Training Resources Ltd (TRL) is dedicated to providing professional training to meet the needs of mariners and professionals from various other related fields. Founded in 1998, TRL is a privately held company. TRL has established a reputation in the maritime industry as a leader in providing marine safety training and professional consulting services to various commercial enterprises and the Military Sealift Command, the largest operator of civilian manned logistic support vessels for the US Navy.

Located in San Diego, California, TRL is affiliated with the Sailors’ Union of the Pacific and offers a full range of instructor-led classes covering STCW Training, Professional Mariner Training and Explosive Safety Training. The training programs are approved by the Coast Guard and Military Sealift Command.
