Located in Voula near Athens, Greece, ATHINA Maritime Learning and Development Center provides maritime training programs to individuals and organizations in the maritime industry. The courses are offered to meet the needs of maritime professionals at all levels of experience, from beginners to seasoned veterans. The training facilities cover an area of around 1,500 sq. meters, consisting of a complex of full-mission marine simulators, fully equipped classrooms, and laboratories/workshops.
The training programs are conducted by experienced instructors who are experts in their respective fields and utilizes modern training facilities, cutting-edge equipment, and advanced simulation technology. The Center is recognized by leading maritime organizations and regulatory bodies, and the training programs are in compliance with international maritime standards, including those set by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
Courses cover a diverse range of topics, including Maritime Safety, navigation, ship operations, marine engineering, and maritime management, among others. The training center also offers a wide portfolio of STCW training courses, industry recommended courses, tailor made seminars for licensed Deck and Engine Officers, as well as for Shore Based Staff.
The ATHINA Maritime Learning and Development Center is being audited by the DNV/GL and the Maltese Maritime Administration to ensure that all STCW-related and quality management requirements are fulfilled.
