Grieg Shipping Group is a fully integrated shipping group and the owner of one of the world’s largest open-hatch fleets. The company owns, manages, market and operates 26 open-hatch general cargo vessels and has a newbuilding program involving the delivery of 12 new vessels by 2014. Grieg Shipping Group is located in Bergen and Oslo, Norway with offices and representation in Atlanta, Mobile, Savannah, Vancouver, Long Beach, Rotterdam, Brussels, Livorno, Gothenburg, Rio de Janeiro, Sydney, Seoul, Shanghai, Tokyo, Vancouver B.C, Squamish and Manila. Grieg Star Shipping provides specialized transportation and logistics services for a number of industries. The current fleet includes 46 ships, totaling approx. 2million deadweight tons. Since the beginning in 1961, the company took part in the fast-growing worldwide trade in wood pulp and paper. These commodities today amounted to over 50 percent of the business.

Grieg Logistics is a national provider of ship services and terminal operations to oil & gas, shipping, offshore, maritime and general industries. In Norway, Grieg Logistics serves the whole country with a large number of offices. The industry terminal solution supports full supply chain integration for major industrial operators.
MARIS is a private company with head office in Tonsberg, Norway a recognized centre for maritime information technology. More than 1,500 navigation systems have been delivered to customers in more than 30 countries.
