Founded in 1980, Singapore Institute of Materials Management (SIMM) is a premier institution in Singapore offering Logistics, Supply chain Management education and training to the industry. The primary objective of the Singapore Institute of Materials Management (SIMM) is to establish and to maintain a high standard of knowledge and excellence in the field of Logistics and Procurement.

The Institute also serves as a one-stop resource centre, providing global information on Logistics, Materials, Warehousing and Physical Distributions, Production and Inventory Control, Purchasing and Supply Channel Management. The aim is to help organizations and industries promote Logistics, Supplu Chain Management and Materials Management and to maximize profit, with the hope of contributing to national growth.
