Maritime, STCW, Offshore, Safety, Ship, and Other Technical, Operations, and Management Training Programs in UAE
Established in 1993, Gulf Technical and Safety Training Centre (GTSC) is the largest stand-alone training centre of its type in the Middle East. The centre has trained almost a million students in both Technical and Safety Courses. The extensive training with hands-on experience ensures competency and confidence in the individual. In addition to the on-shelf Training Courses, any specialized HSE and Technical Training can be developed as per the requirement.
GTSC has played a very important role in development of Nationals in the MENA region mainly in UAE – with NDC and ADMA, in Syria with Oudeh and Al Furat and in Nigeria with Marine Graphics for Nigerian Government. The centre also provides Technical support for Competency Based Training in order to enhance a better understanding and excellent performance.
GTSC has developed and implemented Competency Based Training System in the past years which are based on theory, practical hands-on using rig and simulators available at the centre. This type of training can provide better effect than on-the-job training given onsite. It can objectively eliminate the industrial accidents/incidents and give more opportunity to get hands-on experience going through anticipated problems that may encounter during life time operation.
