Founded in 1998, the International University of Applied Sciences (IU) is a state-recognized private university offering internationally oriented and officially accredited studies in the field of service management at its locations in Bad Honnef and Berlin. The university has small study groups, state-of-the-art campus infrastructure and English as the standard language of tuition. IU is the 1st German university to be the member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)

All study programs at the university are FIBAA accredited - a guarantee for the high quality of the education. Also there are opportunities for short training period and practice-orientation via internship semesters undertaken domestically or abroad.

Foreign languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese) also included in the program additionally to business and economics content and general lectures. Three-quarters of the graduates successfully start their careers within three months of graduation. Master degree programs are currently taught in English.

  • Admission Requirements: Completed, undergraduate degree with 180 ECTS; Your degree must be from a state or state-recognized higher education institution/university; You must have achieved a final grade of at least satisfactory or Grade C equivalent in your previous undergraduate degree; Proof of at least one year’s professional work experience completed prior to the start of study program. Work experience must have been gained after completion of your undergraduate studies.
  • Depending on your personal circumstances, you might be required to provide proof of your English language proficiency. Your skills would need to match the B2 level of the Common European Framework (CEF).
