Maritime Security Courses

  • Vessel Security Awareness Training: The classroom segment includes Security threats/patterns, dangerous substance recognition, suspicious behavior, Crowd Management and control techniques, communications, emergency procedures, contingency plans, security equipment, Vessel Security Plan, MARSEC levels, physical screening methods, and TWIC program.
  • Vessel Security Officer(USCG Approved): This course is intended to provide the knowledge required for personnel who are assigned responsibilities as VSO to perform their duties in accordance with the requirements of the Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2002.
  • Company Security Officer: This course is designed to explain and familiarize personnel with what a Company Security Officer is, what is MARSEC, who and where it is required to have one, who and what requires a company to have a CSO, what terrorism is, and how an effective CSO program can benefit the industry and the public in general.
